Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
In honor of February being heart health month, this is my second “healthy” snack post for you to enjoy! We love shakes for a pre, post work out drink or as a meal replacement. And I have found an economical product that is healthy and tastes great! Plant based, with 13 grams of protein and 8 grams of fiber, I have not had a more delicious meal replacement than this! And I am extremely picky! The cost per shake packet is under $2.50. How can you beat that?! But fear not! You can use any chocolate protein powder in this recipe, you just may need to adjust the quantity of powder you use, based on your own taste buds! I hope you enjoy and stay healthy!
