DIY Bath and Shower Bombs
My amazing friend Pam gave me this amazing DIY bath and shower bombs recipe to share! She also included some of her favorite essential oils scent combinations which you can purchase through her website HERE! I just thought this was a fun and easy Valentine’s Day, or any day DIY project! I hope you enjoy as much as I did!
Bath and Shower Bombs
Ingredients
- 2 cups Baking Soda
- 1 cup Citric Acid
- 2 tbsp Water
- 22+ Drops Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil or Certified Organic *add less or more for your personal preference
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine all dry ingredients (including citric acid which you can buy HERE) until well blended. With no lumps.
- In small bowl combine water and essential oils. Slowly add tot he dry mix and mix well after each addition.
- Tightly pack mixture into 2 inch balls using hands, molds or scoops. I have molds specifically for bath bombs!
- Leave on dish to dry at least 12 hours before using. Drop into tub or shower and enjoy!
Pam’s Favorite Scents
- Clear Headed: (for shower only) 8 drops Lavender, 8 drops Peppermint, 8 drops Lemon
- Vacay: 24 drops of Stressaway essential oil blend
- Relax & Uplift: 13 Orange and 11 Bergamont
- Ahhh Lavender: 4 drops Lavender
- Meditate Me: 8 drops Frankincense, 7 drops Myrrh and 7 Drops Orange
