4 Ingredient Energy Bites!
4 Ingredient Energy bites are a great way to start your morning or have a mid-afternoon snack! Packed with flavor and oats to keep you feeling full, they are the greatest little snack ever!!
Energy Bites
These little 4 ingredient energy bites are delicious! It is hard to have just one or two! When I make a batch my family eats them quickly and with a smile on their face! But then again, who can resist chocolate and peanut butter! I honestly cannot remember where I found this recipe, but it is a must for us when we hike, snowshoe or do any extended activity! I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup Maple syrup, pure
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (I use more, but that is a personal preference)
Mix together and roll into 1/2 inch balls! I keep mine in the refrigerator, but that is not necessary! Enjoy!
