Facial Exercises for Anti-Aging!
Neck Spin Pose
How to: Sit upright with a straight back. Look down so that your chin is near your chest. Gradually roll your neck so that your ear is closer to your shoulder blade. So be sure to rotate back as far as you comfortably can. Rotate back and forth and stop at the initial “center” position each time. Do this clockwise and counterclockwise 10 times each day.
Face Yoga for a Double Chin or Jowls
Benefits: Assists in relieving stress and anxiety. Something I certainly need! But it also helps eliminate a double chin and firms the jaw line!
Kiss the Sky Pose
How to: Lift your chin upwards to the sky. So much so that you stretch the skin below your throat. Blow air out of your mouth like you are kissing the sky. Continue doing this 5 or more times each day.
Face Yoga for Prominent Cheekbones and Reduce Double Chin
Benefits: This helps tighten your jaw line and highlighting the cheekbone. It is also great in reducing that ugly double chin!
Lion Face Pose
How to: Sit up straight. Open your mouth and stick out your tongue, as far as you can. Then inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Pull your eyes wide with your fingers. Maintain for 5 seconds and repeat. Duplicate 10 times each day.
Benefits: This is a complete face exercise and assists in releasing stress and anxiety. Something we all need in this day and age.
Jaw Release
How to: Sit in an upright position, again with back straight. Move your jaw like you are eating with your mouth closed. Inhale while doing this. Then open your mouth as wide as you possibly can with your tongue touching your lower teeth. Maintain this for 5 seconds and repeat. Repeat 5 times per day.
Overall Face Tightening Exercise
Benefits: This is an overall face exercise. However, it assists in more defined cheekbones, minimizes the double chin and a more defined jawline.
Lip Pull
How to: Face forward and either stand or sit straight up. Lift up your lower lip as much as possible by forcing your lower jaw out. You should feel a stretch in your chin muscles and jaw. Stay in this pose for 5 seconds and release. Repeat 10 times per day.
Benefits: This will tone your face muscles and give a younger appearance with more defined cheekbones and jawline.
Smiling Fish Face
How to: Sit in an upright position and relax. Take a deep breath and smile as wide as possible. Hold your smile when you exhale. Then pucker your mouth and suck in your checks. But be careful not to bite the inside of your cheek. Do one set of 10 times each day.
Benefits: This exercise strengthens your cheek and chin muscles.

These exercises do work! I have been doing them for over 30 days now and can see a difference in my jawline!
