It depends, mine lasts longer than 30 days. I took them for a week straight and was sleeping regularly. Now I take them a couple times a week. That maintains what I need to get a good nights sleep. So I believe it is n individual basis. But a normal bottle would last 30 days if taken every night, maybe a little longer. I hope that helps!
