Every September Monat launches new products.  From hair care to skin care and now Wellness Supplements.  I have to be honest, not sure how I feel about it yet.  So lets get started on this Monat Wellness Products Review!

Monat Product Reviews

There are four products to this collection.  They will be sold separately, but Monat may offer a set as well.  I will keep you posted as I learn more.

Here is a rundown of the four products that were launched this past week:

• Collagen Key

We will do a break down of each product, and how you may benefit from it in just a moment.  But lets review what Monat is known for and that is great products that are naturally based.

All of these are wonderful attributes of Monat products.  And they are continuing their quest of quality for all their product lines.

Monat Collagen Key Review

Monat’s Collagen Key is the product I am super excited about!  Collagen seems to be the new “super food” for beauty and health.  Monat Collagen Key states it is an all in one blend to support beauty from within.  And best of all, the collagen Monat uses is vegan.  Most other collagen products on the market are animal based.

Features:

• Vegan sourced amino acids to support collagen production.
• Supports the healthy appearance of hair, skin and nails.
• Provides and supports moisture, elasticity and smoothness for skin
• Sugar free natural peach/berry flavor

Key Ingredients:

• Vegan amino acid blend which includes Glycine, L-Proline, L-Hydroxyproline, L-Methionine
• Resveratrol: an antioxidant found in grapes and berries
• Biotin, also known as vitamin B7
• Vitamin C

This is a powder that you mix with water or a smoothie.  I can’t wait to see how I do with this vegan collagen supplement!  This is what I am most excited for!

I received my Collagen Key about two weeks ago (Oct 26th) and I LOVE it!  The flavor is a peach/berry and is delicious.  It dissolves completely, even in cold water, I put it in a 16 or 20 oz water bottle.  As  of May 15, 2021 this is still my favorite product! So I decided to share video with you on how it works!

Monat Energy Sticks Review

Monat Energy is an all natural drink mix that provides long-lasting energy.  It has a berry flavor, which I have to admit, it is very tasty!  I have never been a big fan of any kind of energy drink, but Monat has won me over with this!  My allergies were very severe one night this week due to the wildfires in our state so I did not sleep well.  But I drank one of these around 7:30 a.m. and I literally had energy ALL DAY LONG!  I couldn’t get over how I felt!  I poured the packet into a 20 oz bottle of cold water and shook vigorously.  And the best part?  It does not contain sugar, synthetic stimulants or anything artificial!  The yummy berry flavor is just a bonus!

What’s in it?

Here is a list of the key ingredients in the Monat Energy.  All ingredients are plant based and all natural!

• Caffeine from Green Coffee Bean
• Adaptogenic Blend: botanical extracts that assist the body achieve balance
• Rhodiola Rosea: root to help regulate stress
• Ashwagandha: an herb that provides stress relief by supporting the adrenal glands.
• Schisandra Berry: an herb that helps maintain energy and support concentration

 

Monat Greens Review

I am being completely transparent when I say I have been on a “greens” supplement for 15 years that I love.  You can read more about that product HERE! So it will be really hard for Monat to change me from the product I am currently using to the new Total Greens mix.  What I currently take comes in a capsule or gummy form and has been around for 25 years with 35 published third party research studies under their belt.  But I am certainly willing to give the Monat Total Greens a try!

The Monat Total Greens comes in a powder form you can add to  8 ounces of water or to a smoothie.  It is an easy way to assist in getting your fruits and veggies.  I personally enjoy it mixed with 2/3 cup of honey/vanilla yogurt and blueberries!  It is very tasty.  I tried it with 8 oz of water and it was good, but I drink enough water, so I don’t want to drink even more.  But mixing it with my yogurt has been a wonderful alternative.  And I can’t place the flavor, a mild kiwi is the best way to describe it.

I will update you as I continue taking the Total Greens.  I hope it keeps me feeling as well and fit as my current products!  But only time will tell!

 

Balance

Monat Balance is a unique pre and probiotic to support the gut, immune and skin health!  This is different than any other pre/probiotic on the market with its unique capsule-in capsule technology!  It protects the live bacteria as they travel through the digestive system, providing targeted delay release delivery to enhance its effectiveness. I have to admit, so far so good with these!  They have relieved any regularity issues for me!  But I am only a week in, so I will keep you posted!

First Update: October 22, 2020

I have been using all three products for over 2 weeks.  The Total Greens I mix in my yogurt each morning with some granola and it is not only very tasty, but it seems to be doing the job of keeping me healthy.  So far so good!

The Balance Capsules have also been doing what they say.  And I love the dual capsule technology!

The Monat Energy I have not been taking daily.  I only use that when I need a little pick me up.  But when I do drink it, I have an abundance of energy  and there is no drop in my energy level. It is consistent and if I drink it in the morning I have energy all day.  The only thing I will say is I have to drink it with no less than 20 ounces of water.  Otherwise, the flavor is too strong for my liking.

Still waiting on the Collagen Key! When I get that and start using it I will let you know!!

Second Update: November 20, 2020  (sometimes the truth hurts..)

The Total Greens are a good product, of that I am sure.  However, if you are looking for an overhaul of your health, this is not the product for you.  I loved the taste both as a drink and in my yogurt.  And getting some greens into your diet is better than nothing! But I feel there is a better product to assist in overall health and immune boost.  If you want to learn more about that, CLICK HERE!

Collagen Key: love the taste and have been drinking semi-regularly for almost 3 weeks.  My skin is definitely clearer, my blemishes have been reduced.  I will keep you posted on more changes when they come!  This is still my favorite product of the wellness line ! (update May 15, 2021)

And I still love the energy drink and the pro-biotic capsules! They are both daily staples in my routine now!

Monat Products Review Conclusion

I will continue you to update this Monat Wellness Supplements Review as I continue to use the products.  But I have to say, I am impressed so far with not only the taste of the products but how at least two of them have made me feel pretty good!  My energy level was definitely boosted and the pre/probiotics are definitely helping me too!  Check out Monat’s new Sleep Drops HERE!
