Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Recipe
I know normally when you think of slow cooker recipes you think of cooler days and changing of the leaves! But summer days are a great time to use it too! And this pulled pork is a good way to stay cool during hot summer nights!

3 lb Boneless Pork Roast *I cooked mine from forzen. 1 tsp Minced Garlic 1 16 oz Bottle of your favorite BBQ Sauce 1 cup Chopped Onion 8 pieces Cooked Bacon, Chopped 1/4 cup Water 1 tbsp Brown Sugar Salt/Pepper to taste
Place chopped onion on the bottom of the slow cooker. Place pork on top.
On top of pork spread garlic, bacon, salt/pepper and then the barbecue sauce. Pour water in bottom of the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for approximately 6 hours. **Remember, I cooked mine from frozen.
When done, shredded and combine thoroughly! Serve wth extra BBQ sauce if you have it!
