1tspSpicy Carne Asada Seasoning
1cup Water
18 oz packageCream Cheese
Fresh Cilantro or chopped Poblano Pepper as Garnish*optional
Instructions
Place chicken on the bottom of the slow cooker. I cook mine from frozen. Then add all remaining ingredients, except cilantro and cream cheese.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours. With one hour remainig, take chicken out to shred then mix in with the ingredients until combined and place the block of cream cheese on top of the mixture.
Cover and cook for another hour until the cream cheese is melted. Stir to combine the cream cheese. Serve and garnish with fresh cilantro,a chopped poblano pepper or diced tomoto. Then enjoy!
