Ingredients
6-10slicesFresh Turkey Breast*I buy Boar's Head brand.
1tubRoasted Red Pepper Hummus*you can use any flavor of hummus or make your own. This is just my preference
½cupRoasted Red Peppers, drained and cut into strips
⅓cupFeta Cheese
2Mini Cucumbers, sliced**I use mini cucumbers to avoid seeds. Just slice and eat!
1box100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
6piecesFresh Lettuce,*I used Butter Lettuce leaves
Instructions
Assemble all the ingredients on each sandwich thin according to your liking! If you want a protein, put it on! If not, leave it off! Either way it will be a delicious alternative!
I store each sandwich in a Ziploc bag! When you take it make sure you have it in a cooler with an ice or put it in a refrigerator until you are ready to eat!
