Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Dutch Chocolate Whole Food Shake mix *or your favorite protein powder serving size
  • 8 oz Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter *you can substitute powdered peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds *optional
  • 4 cubes Ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients, except ice, to blender.  Blend for one-two minutes on high.  Add ice and blend again until smooth.  Then enjoy!
