Dutch Chocolate Whole Food Shake mix
*or your favorite protein powder serving size

Almond Milk

Creamy Peanut Butter
*you can substitute powdered peanut butter

Tbsp
Honey
1
tbsp
Chia Seeds
*optional

Ice
Instructions
Add all ingredients, except ice, to blender. Blend for one-two minutes on high. Add ice and blend again until smooth. Then enjoy!
