On a cold night having a warm easy meal hits the spot! This slow cooker chicken chili is yummy and easy to make! With a chill in the air, and old man winter around the corner, it is time to get the slow cooker out and ready!

Ingredients
2largeBoneless Chicken Breast
222 oz jarsPace Picante Sauce *I use mild, use whichever flavor fits your family best!
3tbspDried Cilantro*more if using fresh cilantro
215 oz cansWhite Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
115 oz canRed Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
3tbspLiquid Smoke*I use hickory flavor, found in the barbecue aisle
Instructions
Spread one jar of the picante sauce across the bottom of the slower cooker. Place the chicken on top. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over the chicken. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
When done, remove chicken and shred with forks. Then return to slow cooker and mix well. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese and cornbread!
