Slow Cooker Chicken Chili

On a cold night having a warm easy meal hits the spot! This slow cooker chicken chili is yummy and easy to make! With a chill in the air, and old man winter around the corner, it is time to get the slow cooker out and ready!

Ingredients

  • 2 large Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 2 22 oz jars Pace Picante Sauce *I use mild, use whichever flavor fits your family best!
  • 3 tbsp Dried Cilantro *more if using fresh cilantro
  • 2 15 oz cans White Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 15 oz can Red Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 tbsp Liquid Smoke *I use hickory flavor, found in the barbecue aisle

Instructions

  • Spread one jar of the picante sauce across the bottom of the slower cooker. Place the chicken on top. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over the chicken. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  • When done, remove chicken and shred with forks. Then return to slow cooker and mix well. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese and cornbread!
