This is another wonderful recipe from Hungry Girl that I am sharing because it is that good! And easy meal prep recipe or something easy to put together after a long day at work!

Ingredients
2cupsShredded Lettuce*I used a spring mix
4ozCooked and chopped chicken breast*I used a chicken strip, sliced. They are large and lightly breaded from Omaha Steaks.
¼cupBlack Beans, drained
¼cannedSweet Corn Kernels*you cn also use frozen, thawed
¼cupChopped Tomato*I sliced cherry tomatoes in half
1miniCucumber, sliced*optional
1tbspPrecooked Bacon. crumbled
3tbspCrumbled Feta Cheese*optional
¼tspRanch Dressing/Dip seasoning mix
½ozMashed Avocado*I used about 2 tbsp
½tspChipolte Pepper Sauce*I used Sriracha Sauce
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix sour cream and ranch seasoning. Add mashed avocado, Sriracha and 1 tsp of water. Mix until smooth and well blended.
Place lettuce in the bottom of a large bowl. Top with chicken, beans, corn and any other remaining ingredients! Top with your homemade zesty ranch dressing or regular ranch dressing and enjoy!
