Ingredients
2lbsCooked and Shredded Boneless Chicken Breast, 4-5 chicken breast*use a roasted chicken from your local grocery store to save time!
8ozCream Cheese, softened
1tbspGarlic Powder
1tbspPaprika
Ground Pepper, to taste
1/2cupHeavy Cream
1/4cupChicken Broth
5Jalapeno Peppers
1cupSharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
8slicesPre-cooked Bacon, chopped
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
In a 9' x 13' baking dish place all the shredded chicken in an even layer on the bottom of the pan.
Whisk together heavy cream, chicken broth and softened cream cheese until smooth. Spread mixture evenly over the chicken.
Take garlic powder, ground black pepper and paprika and evenly sprinkle over the cream cheese mixture.
Cut the jalapeno peppers into long strips. If you want a spicier dish, leave the seeds, milder remove the seeds. Lay the strips over the top of the cream cheese mixture and spicies. And remember to wash your hands afterwards!
Take shredded cheese and sprinkler over the top of the entire casserole!
Lastly, sprinkle the chopped bacon over the top and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degree! Then enjoy!
