Saute thawed corn in a hot skillet with vegetable oil, crushed garlic, red chili pepper, lime juice, salt/pepper and 2 tbsp of fresh cilantro. Saute for 5-8 minutes or until hot.
While the corn is cooking, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream and remaining 1 tbsp of fresh cilantro.
Once corn is cooked mix well with mayonaise and sour cream combination. Garnish with feta cheese and additional cilantro. Serve warm!
