Peach Cobbler Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen or fresh sliced peaches
  • 1 Vanilla Complete Protein Packet *or 1 serving of your favorite protein powder
  • 8 oz Almond Milk *or milk substitute of your choice
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 tbsp Old Fashion Instant Oats
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Honey *optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.  Blend until smooth.  Add additional ice if you would like a "thicker" texture! If you want a thinner texture, add more almond milk!  I add an additional dash of cinnamon on top!  Enjoy!
