Pineapple Express Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
  • 4 slices Pineapple
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 1 tsp Chipolte Mayo
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 4 slices Pepper Jack Cheese

Instructions

  • Take the ground beef, minced garlic, salt/pepper and Worcestershire sauce and combine.  Mix well and make four 1/4 pound patties.
  • I cook my burgers either on a grill or under the broiler in the oven.  Either way, be sure to cook your burgers through.  For medium (slightly pink) I cook them for 8 minutes on each side.  
  • Once patties are cooked to your desired taste, place burger on the bun then layer pepper jack cheese, sliced pineapple and bacon.  Top with chipolte mayo and enjoy!!
