Take the ground beef, minced garlic, salt/pepper and Worcestershire sauce and combine. Mix well and make four 1/4 pound patties.
I cook my burgers either on a grill or under the broiler in the oven. Either way, be sure to cook your burgers through. For medium (slightly pink) I cook them for 8 minutes on each side.
Once patties are cooked to your desired taste, place burger on the bun then layer pepper jack cheese, sliced pineapple and bacon. Top with chipolte mayo and enjoy!!
