  • 8 slices Finely Chopped, Cooked Bacon *use precooked bacon to save time!
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Yellow Onion
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups Carrots, peeled and chopped carrots
  • 1 tbsp Thyme
  • 8 oz Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes, cut in half
  • 1 tbsp Williams-Sonoma Veal Demi Glace *optional
  • 1/2 cup Red Cooking Wine Vinegar
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos *replacement for soy sauce, less sodium and tastes the same!
  • 1 Slow Cooker Liner

Instructions

  • Be sure to place your slow cooker liner in to reduce clean up! After cubing the beef, coat in flour and place in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add remaining DRY ingredients.
  • Add all liquid ingredients and stir until blended. Cover and set slow cooker for 6 hours on low.
  • Then enjoy!!! I served mine with buttermilk biscuits!
