Layer the following ingreidents in order: Chicken in one layer on the bottom, chicken broth, red chili pepper, garlic, diced tomatoes, bleack beans, frozen corn on top.
Cook on low for 4 hours. Pour rice into slow cooker and mix in after it has cooked for 4 hours. Then cook for another 3 hours on low. If you are not home to put rice in slow cooker, cook seperately on stove top and mix in later!
Once cooking has been completed, remove chicken breasts and shred. Then put back in the slow cooker and mix thoroughly! Squeeze juice of lime over the top and garnish with fresh cilantro! Enjoy!!!
