Add chicken broth, heavy cream, chopped onion, garlic, bacon, both frozen and canned corn, paprika, salt/pepper. Mix to combine. Place chicken in the slow cooker and let it sink to the bottom.
Set on high for 4-5 hours.
Add potatoes and chopped green onions after cooking for 3 hours. At the same time, pull out chicken breast and shredded with 2 forks. Place back in the slow cooker and mix well. Cook for another 1 hour.
Serve hot. When serving you can garnish with either bacon bits, chopped green onion or a sprinkle of paprika! Then enjoy!
