Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9 x 13 inch backing dish and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown the Italian sausage. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook until there is no longer any pick in the meat.
Once cooked, remove any excess fat from the sausage. Then add marinara sauce and cream cheese. Mix until blended well and cream cheese is completely melted.
Cook tortellini according to the package.
When tortellini is finished cooking, drain and gently add to the meat and marinara mixture.
Carefully combine the until well blended. Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with shredded and mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Place in pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.
Then enjoy with a salad, garlic bread or both!
